To order any of the products seen on our website, please contact us via email to arrange payment and delivery options. We are able to Credit Card, TT Electronic Transfer and Cheque as forms of payment. Credit Cards: For Credit Card transactions the foreign dollar amounts will be converted to New Zealand dollars at the ANZ Bank TT rate of the day of the Credit Card transaction. Due to security reasons, we require email or fax pictures of the credit card to prove proof of ownership of the card, all pictures/card numbers will be held securely by the Spencer Exports Financial Controller and destroyed immediately after the transaction has been completed. Please include with any Credit Card details a permanent address of the establishment that is purchasing the goods including country of origin. Also include all details such as email, phone and fax numbers. Ambergris: There are certain restrictions on the importation of ambergris into certain countries, please advise any restrictions your country may have. |
